Guinness World Records

Garry Turner (UK) has skin that stretches further than that of any other known human being, due to a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Stretching to a length of up to 15.8 cm (6.25 in), Gary's record was confirmed in 1999.

Xie Qiuping from China has been growing her hair since 1973 from the age of 13. She now holds the record for the longest female hair with a length of 5.627 metres (18 feet 5.54 inches) when last measured. That's nearly as long as the height of a giraffe!

Without using his hands, Chad Fell from the USA set a record for largest bubblegum bubble blown, with 50.8 cm (20 in) unbeaten since 2004

Chanel Tapper from California, USA is the Guinness World Records record title holder for longest tongue (female), measuring 9.75 cm (3.8 in), from tip to top lip.

The most people supported on the shoulders is 11, achieved by Canadian strongman Reverend Dr Kevin Fast in Ontario on 27 April 2012. All of the people supported weighed over 60 kg (132.28 lb) as per the official guidelines - the total weight was 777.9 kg (1,715 lb).

A new record for the heaviest mango was set in 2009 by Sergio and Maria Socorro Bodiongan from the Philippines. Weighing 3.435 kg (7.57 lb), it was harvested from a tree in Mr. and Mrs. Bodiongan’s front yard that yields an average of 100 larger-than-average mangos every season.
